Laboratory of Assessment of Grain and Oil Materials Quality carries out following researches:
- Determination of technological properties of wheat grain (moisture content, hardness index, dry and wet gluten, gluten index, falling number).
- Determination of technological properties of rapeseed oil (color, anisisdine number, iodine number, acid number, peroxide value, saponification value, content of fatty acids, sterols, tocopherols and polyphenols).
- Determination of the influence of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) on secondary structure of gluten.
- Determination of the rheological properties of wheat dough mixed with healthy additives.
- Study of the humidity and temperature changes in the bed of bulk material.
