Discover FibreApp<\/a>!<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are pleased to present our project implemented under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education “Nauka dla spo\u0142ecze\u0144stwa II” program entitled “Badania i upowszechnianie wiedzy o zawarto\u015bci pektyn, celulozy i b\u0142onnika w owocach i warzywach”<\/strong> (Research and dissemination of knowledge on the content of pectins, cellulose and fiber in fruits and vegetables) (NdS-II\/SP\/0258\/2023\/01), which combines modern scientific research with practical application in everyday life. Its aim is to build cooperation between research and the socio-economic sector and, through this, develop innovative solutions that will\u00a0 serve society.<\/p>\n

One of the key effects of the project will be the FibreApp mobile application, which allows for a quick check of the content of fiber, pectins and cellulose in fruits and vegetables. Thanks to it, every user will be able to make more informed nutritional decisions. A trial version is currently available. The project also includes extensive activities popularizing science – from free analyses for enterprises, through lectures and seminars, to participation in various events, such as the Piknik Naukowy Polskiego Radia i Centrum Nauki Kopernik<\/strong>. Our social media activity allows us to reach thousands of people interested in healthy eating and innovative research methods.<\/p>\n

The FibreApp project:
\n– is co-financed from the state budget under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education “Nauka dla spo\u0142ecze\u0144stwa II” program called “Nauka dla spo\u0142ecze\u0144stwa II” project number NdS-II\/SP\/0258\/2023\/01,
