Mr Jacek Panek is among the winners of the 2nd edition of the \u201cDiamond Grant\u201d program.<\/p>\n

Mr Jacek Panek, student of the 2nd year of the second cycle extramural study programme at University of Life Sciences in Lublin, Faculty of Food Science and Biotechnology is among the winners of the 2nd edition of the \u201cDiamond Grant\u201d program.<\/p>\n

The \u201cDiamond Grant\u201d program was announced by prof. Barbara Kudrycka, the Minister of Science and Higher Education, in order to boost the exceptionally gifted students\u2019 scientific careers. It is targeted for young people conducting scientific research during their studies at schools of higher education.<\/p>\n

Project entited: \u201cDevelopment and optimization of isolation, detection and identification of fungi of the genus Talaromyces flavus\u201d<\/em> will be carried\u00a0 out in the Laboratory of Molecular and Environmental Microbiology of the Bohdan Dobrza\u0144ski Institute of Agrophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Lublin under the direction of\u00a0 PhD DSc\u00a0 Magdaleny Fr\u0105c.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
