
Prof. Magdalena Frąc was invited to participate as an expert in the workshop “Food 2030: Competitive, Sustainable and Resilient Food Systems” held on 6 March 2025 in Brussels, which was attended by over 90 experts and stakeholders from academia, industry, public administration and civil society. During the workshop organized by the Food 2030 Team of the European Commission’s General Directorate for Research and Innovation, a joint effort was made to build a future strategic approach to food systems research and innovation. During the practical sessions, experts highlighted the role of food quality and transdisciplinary approaches in connecting food systems with other sectors, paving the way for future research and innovation in the area of food systems.
