This section presents the Institute’s HRS4R Action Plan and the current status of its implementation. The Action Plan sets out the concrete measures the Institute of Agrophysics has undertaken to align its practices with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers, following the gap analysis carried out under the HR Excellence in Research process. For each action you will find its objective, the timeline, and its current status — completed, in progress, or extended — together with a short commentary on what has been achieved. The Action Plan is a living document, reviewed and updated periodically as actions are delivered and new priorities emerge.
