This section gathers the internal documents that support and evidence the Institute’s implementation of the HRS4R Action Plan — regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures, and forms. To make them easier to navigate, the documents are organised according to the four thematic pillars of the European Charter for Researchers (2023): Ethics, Integrity, Gender and Open Science; Researchers’ Assessment, Recruitment and Progression; Working Conditions and Practices; and Research Careers and Talent Development. Wherever available, documents are provided in both Polish and English, so that they are accessible to Polish and international researchers alike. This collection is updated as documents are adopted, amended, or translated.
