The Institute’s HRS4R Working Group is the team responsible for coordinating the implementation, monitoring, and periodic review of the HRS4R Action Plan. The Working Group brings together representatives of the Institute’s management and administration, as well as researchers at various career stages. Its task is to guide the Institute through the continuous improvement of its working conditions, recruitment, and career development policies in alignment with the European Charter for Researchers.
