- Determination of the plants ability to immobilize xenobiotics, also in a co-polluted environment,
- Bioaccumulation of technologically critical elements in living organisms, especially in insects,
- Identification of structural and molecular responses of crop plants to the presence of abiotic stress factors and determination of the effect of soil modifiers as a means of protection against environmental stress factors,
- Detection and characterization of proteins and other markers regulating molecular mechanisms of plants in variable environmental conditions,
- Visualization of processes related to intracellular transport of particles and organelles as responses to the presence of soil stress factors.
