The 3rd Symposium of Food Engineering took place in Warsaw on 26-27th June 2012.

The scientific topics of the Symposium included unit operations in food processing, physical properties of foods, hygiene in food processing, power engineering and environmental protection in food industry, organization of production process and properties of water in food.
