  • Isolation of cell walls from different plants
  • Sequential extraction of polysaccharides from cell walls:
    • Pectin fractions: WSP, CSP,ASP
    • Hemicelluloses fractions

    • Extraction of natural compounds with ASE 150 with solvents: ethyl alcohol, acetone, water
    • Sample lyophilisation
    • Dry sample grinding to the particle size of c.a. 6µm.
    • Microbiological medium and small laboratory equipment sterilization
