In our research we use techniques and methods based on tools of:

  • microbiology (microbial diagnostics, phenotype microarrays)
  • molecular biology (PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, sequencing, DNA fragments analysis)
  • biochemistry (enzymology, colorimetry, fluorimetry)
  • biometric (morphology and topology of the aboveground parts and roots of plants, color analysis)
  • biophysics (chlorophyll fluorescence, spectral characteristics of leaves)
  • agrophysics (infiltration, wettability, pore size distribution of soil)
